About the Company
Our client is a leading growth-stage investment bank in India, with a strong track record across fundraising and M&A.
Roles and Responsibilites
- Lead origination and execution of M&A, fundraising, and strategic advisory mandates within the Financial Services sector.
- Develop and maintain relationships with founders, CXOs, boards, investors, and key industry stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive mandate acquisition through proactive client coverage.
- Serve as the primary advisor to clients, providing strategic and transaction-related guidance.
- Oversee end-to-end deal execution, including valuation, due diligence, negotiations, and transaction closing.
Skills and qualifications
- 8–12 years of front end investment banking and/or corporate finance experience
- Strong relationships within the Financial Services/FIG ecosystem.
- Demonstrated experience executing M&A and capital raising transactions.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to originate and win mandates.
- Excellent financial analysis, valuation, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage clients and lead teams independently.
