With an ambitious growth agenda and a focus on category expansion, the company is looking to strengthen its leadership team to build and scale emerging business verticals.

Roles and Responsibilites

We are hiring a Business Head – Footwear to lead the strategy, growth, and profitability of the footwear business. This is a high-impact leadership role with end-to-endOpportunity to build and scale a high-growth footwear business from the ground up

-Full P&L ownership with significant strategic autonomy

-Direct exposure to senior leadership and key business decisions

-Ability to shape product, brand, and category strategy in a rapidly expanding consumer business

-Competitive compensation along with long-term growth opportunities

-Chance to create a meaningful footprint in one of the fastest-growing premium fashion brands in India ownership across category strategy, product development, merchandising, sourcing, inventory management, and commercial performance.

Skills and qualifications

-12–18 years of experience in footwear, fashion, lifestyle, sportswear, or adjacent consumer categories.

-Demonstrated experience owning category or business P&L.

-Strong exposure to merchandising, buying, sourcing, and inventory management.

-Proven track record of scaling a category/business in a high-growth consumer environment.

-Deep understanding of footwear consumer behavior, product lifecycle, and supply chain dynamics.

-Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance growth and profitability.

-Experience working with premium, lifestyle, fashion, or footwear brands preferred.
