Lead and strengthen the collections function for a large retail lending portfolio, ensuring strong recovery performance and portfolio quality.

Manage and develop a large, geographically distributed field collections team while driving productivity and operational excellence.

Build effective partnerships with external collection agencies and internal stakeholders to improve business outcomes.

Drive data-led initiatives, process enhancements, and governance practices to optimize collections performance and customer experience.

12–18+ years in Collections within Banking, NBFC, Fintech, or Retail Lending.

Experience managing field teams of 100+ employees.

Proven track record of handling collection portfolios of ₹500–1,000 Cr+.

Certifications in Collections, Risk Management, or Financial Services are an added advantage.

Cross-functional exposure with Risk, Credit, Operations, Finance, and Technology teams.
