Roles and Responsibilites
- Lead clinical and product training programs for sales teams and healthcare professionals to drive product adoption.
- Develop value propositions and support commercial teams through customer engagements and field-based training.
- Build and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), academic institutions, and strategic customers.
- Plan and execute training and education initiatives, including workshops, product demonstrations, and clinical education events.
- Provide clinical support during product launches, assist with case planning, and mentor clinicians on procedural best practices.
- Manage training assets, monitor program effectiveness, and deliver regular training to enhance internal team capabilities.
Skills and qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in the medical devices or dental industry, with expertise in clinical and product sales training.
- Strong ability to develop and communicate product value propositions, with hands-on field sales exposure.
- Bachelor's degree in Dentistry (BDS); management qualification preferred.
- Experience in dental implant placement is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India (50%+).
