Roles and Responsibilites
Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
Build and strengthen the brand across target geographies and industries.
Define annual marketing plans, budgets, priorities, and performance metrics.
Establish marketing processes, operating rhythms, and performance measurement frameworks.
Build and manage internal and external marketing resources including agencies, consultants, and vendors.
Own marketing contribution to pipeline generation and revenue growth.
Develop integrated demand generation programs across digital, events, partnerships, and outbound channels.
Partner closely with Sales teams to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and customer acquisition.
Develop account-based marketing strategies for enterprise opportunities.
Drive marketing programs supporting international market expansion.
Skills and qualifications
10–15 years of experience in B2B Marketing, Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, or Marketing Leadership roles.
Experience leading marketing programs in technology, automation, industrial, robotics, or logistics-related industries preferred
Strong experience developing and executing B2B marketing strategies.
Proven track record in demand generation and pipeline growth.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
Experience working closely with enterprise sales organizations.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, SEO, and brand development.
Ability to translate complex technical products into customer-focused messaging.
Experience managing agencies, vendors, and external partners.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capability.
Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
