Marketing Lead - Brand & Integrated Marketing

Roles and Responsibilites
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
Develop 360° marketing plans aligned with brand, commercial, and business objectives.
Drive campaign execution across retail, e-commerce, marketplaces, CRM, social media, PR, events, influencer marketing, trade marketing, and visual merchandising.
Partner closely with commercial, merchandising, retail, digital, creative, and product teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
Build and execute annual marketing calendars, seasonal campaigns, product launches, and brand activations.
Lead influencer collaborations, media planning, PR initiatives, events, and retail marketing programs.
Manage external agencies and creative partners to deliver best-in-class marketing campaigns.
Monitor campaign effectiveness through performance analytics, consumer insights, and ROI measurement.
Manage marketing budgets and optimize investments across multiple channels.
Ensure consistency of brand communication and consumer experience across all customer touchpoints.
Skills and qualifications
MBA from a reputed institute preferred.
7–10 years of experience in Integrated Marketing, Brand Marketing, or Marketing Communications.
Prior experience with premium fashion, lifestyle, retail, consumer, footwear, accessories, beauty, or luxury brands is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of 360° marketing, ATL, BTL, retail marketing, digital marketing, influencer marketing, PR, CRM, and omnichannel campaigns.
Experience managing product launches, seasonal campaigns, brand activations, and consumer engagement initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across commercial, retail, merchandising, digital, and creative functions.
Experience managing marketing agencies, media partners, and external stakeholders.
Strong analytical mindset with experience using consumer insights and campaign performance metrics to drive business decisions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skill
