About the Company
Our client is a new age consumer brand based out of Mumbai.
Roles and Responsibilites
- Own overall brand strategy, positioning, identity, tone of voice, and cultural relevance for the beverage portfolio.
- Lead social media strategy across platforms, including content planning, trend spotting, community engagement, influencer collaborations, and social-first campaign ideas.
- Develop and execute ATL campaigns that build brand awareness, recall, and salience across priority markets.
- Drive digital brand campaigns across paid, owned, earned, and creator-led channels, ensuring strong integration with performance, commerce, and sales objectives.
- Build breakthrough creative campaigns that reflect Gen Z codes, youth culture, humour, music, street culture, college life, food moments, and everyday energy occasions.
- Work closely with senior leadership to shape the long-term brand vision and growth roadmap.
- Partner with sales, trade marketing, e-commerce, quick commerce, and modern trade teams to translate brand campaigns into market-facing activations.
- Manage creative, media, digital, social, influencer, and production agency partners to deliver high-quality output at speed.
- Lead new product launch communication, campaign architecture, packaging communication inputs, and go-to-market storytelling.
- Track brand health, campaign effectiveness, social engagement, content performance, market feedback, and consumer sentiment to sharpen future strategy.
Skills and qualifications
- Experience in Gen Z, new-age consumer, D2C, food and beverage, FMCG, lifestyle, youth, or culture-led brands. (ideally 7-10 years)
- Strong preference for candidates who have built social-first or digital-first brands with a distinct creative voice.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, creator ecosystems, meme culture, youth trends, digital storytelling, and brand communities.
- Proven ability to lead ATL and integrated campaigns, from insight and idea to execution and measurement.
- Strong creative judgement with the ability to evaluate scripts, films, visual identity, packaging, influencer content, and campaign assets.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led, high-growth environment with high ownership and execution intensity.
- Ability to balance creativity with commercial outcomes, including distribution expansion, trial generation, repeat purchase, and brand salience.
