for 15 years to employees and professionals in Banking, Asset Management, Wealth Advisory,
Insurance, Financial Distribution and Broking Companies.
Roles and Responsibilites
Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy aligned with business growth
objectives
- Drive digital marketing and performance marketing initiatives across paid media, SEO, social
media, CRM, funnels, and conversion optimisation
- Own customer acquisition strategy with focus on CAC, ROI, lead quality, and revenue impact
- Build a strong brand identity, positioning, and communication architecture
- Lead content, campaigns, thought leadership, and storytelling initiatives
- Drive corporate communications, and external brand visibility through events etc.
- Partner closely with business, sales, and leadership teams to translate growth priorities into
marketing outcomes
- Build scalable marketing processes, analytics, dashboards, and team capabilities
- Identify market trends, consumer insights, and growth opportunities
Skills and qualifications
8–12 years of experience in marketing, brand, growth, or communications roles
- Experience in a high-growth start-up / scale-up environment preferred
- Proven track record of scaling a brand, building acquisition engines, and delivering measurable
business outcomes
- Strong expertise in performance marketing, digital growth, brand building, and
communication
- Experience managing agencies, internal teams, budgets, and multi-channel campaigns
- Strong analytical orientation with ability to link marketing metrics to business impact
- Excellent storytelling, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Background
- FinTech, EdTech, BFSI, financial services, investment platforms, or consumer internet
businesses
- Candidates who have built brands from early/mid-stage and taken them to the next level of
growth
