Roles and Responsibilites
- Lead the end-to-end finance function, including Business Finance, FP&A, Treasury, Controllership, Taxation, Compliance, Legal, Procurement, and Investor Relations.
- Partner with founders and business leaders to drive financial strategy, business planning, profitability, working capital optimization, and performance management.
- Strengthen financial governance, internal controls, compliance, audits, and finance transformation, driving scalable processes and operational excellence.
- Build and lead a high-performing finance organization, fostering strong leadership, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration while supporting fundraising and strategic growth initiatives.
Skills and qualifications
- Chartered Accountant with 10+ years of experience in senior finance leadership roles, preferably within consumer, retail, D2C, e-commerce, or manufacturing.
- Strong expertise in Business Finance, FP&A, Treasury, Investor Relations, P&L management, and business strategy.
- Demonstrated experience in scaling high-growth businesses, with exposure to fundraising, governance, and finance transformation.
- Proven ability to partner with founders and lead high-performing cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
