- Drive the regional sales strategy in alignment with overall business objectives.
- Manage and grow key accounts across HoReCa, modern trade, and retail channels.
- Develop strong relationships with key customers and ensure end-to-end account management.
- Achieve primary and secondary sales targets across all product categories and SKUs.
- Identify new business opportunities and implement market expansion strategies.
- Analyze sales trends and recommend initiatives to improve revenue and market share.
- Coordinate with distributors to ensure product availability, efficient distribution, and healthy ROI.
- Monitor outlet-level assortment, visibility, and product availability in key markets.
- Plan and execute localized trade promotions, consumer activations, and product launch initiatives.
- Evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of promotional campaigns and marketing activities.
- Ensure execution of merchandising standards, in-store branding, and point-of-sale materials.
- Collaborate with Trade Marketing and cross-functional teams to execute BTL campaigns and business initiatives.
- Provide regular market intelligence on consumer behavior, competitor activities, pricing, and industry trends.
- Develop strategies to improve product positioning, market penetration, sales mix, and profitability.
- Monitor pricing and recommend changes based on market dynamics and competitive landscape.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, distributors, production, and supply chain teams to ensure timely product availability.
- Liaise with relevant government authorities for regulatory compliance and necessary business approvals where applicable.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, dashboards, and business performance data.
- Ensure timely submission of daily, monthly, and quarterly sales reports and distributor claims.
- Track KPIs, review business performance, and implement corrective actions to achieve sales objectives.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing guidelines, compliance standards, and operational processes.
- Build long-term customer relationships while maintaining high service standards and business excellence.
Skills and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 8–10 years of experience in Sales or Key Account Management, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Proven experience managing Key Accounts and the HoReCa channel.
- Strong exposure to Sales, Trade Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, and Business Development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
