Plan and manage brand budgets, ensuring optimal ROI on marketing investments. 4. Analyze consumer insights, market trends, and competitor activity to refine positioning. 5. Drive brand visibility through events, activations, and experiential marketing initiatives. 6. Collaborate with sales teams to strengthen on-trade and off-trade brand presence. 7. Manage agency partners for creative, media, and activation execution. 8. Monitor campaign performance using KPIs and implement data-driven improvements. 9. 1. 5–8 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or category management. 2. Prior experience in AlcoBev, FMCG, or premium consumer brands preferred. 3. Experience working in marketing/advertising agencies or managing agency partners. 4. Strong understanding of consumer marketing, brand positioning, and GTM strategy. 5. Experience in events, activations, and experiential marketing.
