Marketing Head
About the Company
A fast-growing fertility and IVF healthcare network operating 80+ centres across India. Founded and led by senior fertility clinicians, the organisation is entering its next phase of scale and is building out its senior leadership team to drive standardisation, operational excellence, and an exceptional patient experience across its growing network of centres.
Roles and Responsibilites
- Own the marketing P&L and patient-acquisition targets across all centres and regions, with full accountability for CAC, ROAS and lead quality.
- Lead digital and performance marketing hands-on across Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max), Meta /Instagram and YouTube.
- Drive SEO/SEM, website management and conversion-rate optimisation; own the full digital funnel from enquiry to centre footfall.
- Build and lead social media strategy and content across platforms, with a strong emphasis on Instagram and community building.
- Own brand strategy, positioning and creative for a sensitive, trust-driven healthcare category.
- Build marketing analytics, attribution and the martech stack (CRM, marketing automation), manage agencies and media spends to efficiency targets.
- Drive regional and hyperlocal marketing across the network and lead new-centre launch marketing.
- Lead B2B / corporate / TPA empanelment marketing and partnerships in coordination with business development.
Skills and qualifications
● 8–12 years in marketing, with deep, hands-on expertise in digital and performance marketing.
● Proven, hands-on command of Google Ads and Instagram / Meta – able to evidence campaigns owned, budgets managed and measurable acquisition outcomes.
● Background in marketing agencies or consumer-facing businesses (D2C, retail, services, healthcare, BFSI).
● Strong on analytics and funnel economics (CAC / LTV / ROAS), website management and CRO.
● Experience managing both agencies and in-house teams; equally strategic and hands-on.
● Healthcare or services-category experience an advantage.
