Roles and Responsibilites
- Own end-to-end financial close (monthly/quarterly/annual) and prepare financial statements as per Ind AS/GAAP.
- Lead statutory, tax, and internal audits; ensure GST, TDS, and advance tax compliance.
- Manage AP/AR, treasury, and vendor reconciliations; drive internal controls and SOPs.
- Prepare MIS reports, mentor the finance team, and support fundraising/M&A due diligence.
Skills and qualifications
- Chartered Accountant with 5-8 years of post-qualification experience; mix of Big 4/reputed audit firm and industry experience preferred
- Strong command of Ind AS/GAAP, direct & indirect taxation and regulatory compliance
- Experience leading statutory audits, tax audits and internal audits
- Startup or high-growth environment experience highly preferred
- Proficiency in accounting software/tools with strong stakeholder management skills
