Roles and Responsibilites
Lead the implementation of complex customer deployments, including integrations, data pipelines, and platform configurations.
Act as a hands-on technical expert, troubleshooting critical issues and driving projects to successful go-live.
Own delivery quality by enforcing testing, performance, reliability, and release-readiness standards.
Ensure security, compliance, and governance requirements are met, documented, and audit-ready.
Mentor engineers, review technical work, and establish delivery best practices across the team.
Collaborate with customers, Product, Engineering, and Security teams to ensure successful technical outcomes.
Skills and qualifications
Required: -
Strong software engineering background — this person codes and configures, not just
reviews.
Deep, demonstrable competence with Java/Python as well as Frontend frameworks like React.Js
Experience deploying into real customer or production environments, end to end through
implementation.
Track record of owning a technical outcome under delivery pressure.
Judgment to balance shipping speed against quality and compliance, and the spine to
enforce the latter.
Nice to have: -
Prior Forward Deployed Engineer, Implementation Engineer, or Delivery Lead
experience.
Familiarity with [relevant compliance regime] and what "evidence" actually means for it.
Customer-facing / consulting instincts; comfort sitting with end users.
Experience leading or mentoring engineers.
