Roles and Responsibilites
-Lead the end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) function, ensuring timely billing, collections, and cash realization.
-Drive collection strategies to optimize cash flow and minimize outstanding receivables and bad debts.
-Monitor AR aging, DSO, and other key metrics, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders to resolve payment-related issues.
-Develop, standardize, and continuously improve AR processes, controls, and automation initiatives.
Ensure compliance with internal financial controls, accounting policies, and statutory requirements.
Skills and qualifications
-CA/MBA
-8+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, Collections, or Order-to-Cash (O2C), with prior experience leading large teams especially in B2B business.
-Strong understanding of AR processes, credit management, collections, cash flow, and working capital optimization.
-Proven experience in process improvement, automation, and driving operational efficiencies.
