• Design and ship production-grade Agentic AI and multi-agent workflows
• Work with LLMs, APIs, orchestration frameworks, memory, planning, and tool calling
• Partner closely with engineering to build AI systems that reason, act, verify, and continuously improve
• Validate solutions with customers and own real-world business outcomes

-Tier-1 engineering degree (B.Tech/B.E.) and/or MBA from a top-tier institute

-Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience as a developer (software engineering background required before transitioning to product)

-5–8 years of total experience in Product, Product Engineering, or a similar role

-Hands-on experience building Agentic AI platforms — not limited to chatbots or single-agent systems

-Strong understanding of LLMs, agent architectures, planning, memory, tool calling, and AI failure modes

-Proficiency in Python or JavaScript

-Active, regular use of AI-native tools such as Claude, Cursor, Claude Code, or OpenAI tools
