Roles and Responsibilites
Lead end-to-end product design, from discovery and user research through wireframes, prototypes, visual design, and production-ready UI.
Conduct user research and translate insights into intuitive product experiences.
Define user journeys, interaction models, and design strategies for key product areas.
Build and evolve scalable design systems, component libraries, and design standards.
Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and AI teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
Validate designs through user feedback, analytics, and rapid iteration.
Ensure consistency, usability, and accessibility across products.
Mentor designers, facilitate design critiques, and contribute to building a strong design culture.
Support hiring and help establish design processes as the team grows.
Skills and qualifications
Must-Haves
6+ years of experience in Product or UX Design with a strong portfolio of shipped digital products.
Expertise in designing complex, workflow-driven web and/or mobile applications.
Strong interaction design, information architecture, and systems thinking.
Advanced proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools.
Experience leading projects independently from concept to launch.
Strong collaboration skills with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Nice to Have
Experience designing healthcare or health-tech products.
Experience working on AI/LLM-powered applications or human-in-the-loop workflows.
Experience with enterprise SaaS or data-intensive products.
Previous experience building or scaling design systems.
Startup experience, particularly as an early or founding designer.
