The organization is strengthening its global HR operations function to support continued growth and deliver a consistent employee experience across regions

• Lead the global Hire-to-Retire (H2R) function, ensuring standardized HR operations across multiple geographies.
• Oversee Payroll, HR Operations, Shared Services, Audit, Compliance, and HR Technology while driving operational excellence.
• Build scalable HR processes and governance frameworks to support a workforce of over 10,000 employees.
• Lead and develop high-performing HR Operations teams while driving process transformation and continuous improvement.
• Partner with business leaders and COEs to enhance employee experience through automation, analytics, and best-in-class service delivery.

• MBA with 12–18 years of experience in HR Operations within IT/ITeS, GCC, GBS, or large technology organizations.
• Strong expertise across H2R, Payroll, Shared Services, HR Technology, Audit, and Compliance.
• Experience managing global HR operations for 8,000–10,000+ employees in multi-geography organizations.
• Proven people leader with experience managing large HR operations teams and driving transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, process excellence, and change management capabilities.
