-Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations, including production, supply chain, planning, procurement, warehousing, and logistics.

-Develop and execute integrated supply chain strategies aligned with business goals and customer demand.

-Drive Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes to improve forecasting and operational efficiency.

-Ensure optimal production planning, inventory management, and capacity utilization while maintaining high service levels.

-Oversee procurement and supplier management to ensure timely material availability and cost optimization.

-Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, and other operational excellence methodologies.

-Optimize manufacturing costs, improve productivity, and enhance overall plant performance.

-Lead logistics and distribution operations to improve delivery performance and reduce supply chain costs.

-Establish performance metrics and monitor key operational KPIs across manufacturing and supply chain functions.

-Champion digital transformation initiatives, including ERP and advanced planning systems.

-Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards across all manufacturing operations.

-Build and mentor high-performing cross-functional teams while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

-Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Production, Industrial, Electrical, or equivalent); a postgraduate qualification in Operations or Supply Chain Management is preferred.

-15+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing, supply chain, and production planning, with significant leadership responsibility.

-Proven experience managing integrated manufacturing operations and end-to-end supply chain functions in a large manufacturing organization.

-Strong expertise in S&OP, production planning, demand and supply planning, inventory optimization, procurement, and logistics.

-Sound knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, Kaizen, and continuous improvement practices.

-Experience working with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or similar enterprise systems.

-Strong analytical, commercial, and financial acumen with a track record of driving operational improvements.

-Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and change management skills.

-Ability to lead large teams and collaborate effectively across operations, sales, finance, quality, and engineering functions.
