• Drive the enterprise IT strategy, governance framework, and technology roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Partner closely with the CTO, CFO, and business leadership to lead strategic planning, executive reporting, and cross-functional technology initiatives.
• Lead the Corporate IT function, overseeing system integrations, and technology operations.
• Build scalable IT processes and operating models that enhance efficiency, consistency, and business continuity.
• Lead strategic vendor partnerships, technology investments, and enterprise-wide IT transformation initiatives.

• 15+ years of experience in Corporate IT or Enterprise Technology leadership, with prior experience in the NBFC or FinTech industry.
• Proven track record of building and scaling enterprise IT capabilities, with a hands-on approach to execution and technology delivery.
• Strong understanding of enterprise applications, modern workplace technologies, and system integration.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate effectively across executive leadership teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
