• 10-15 years of experience in software engineering, with significant experience leading high-performing engineering teams: Preferably with a Tier 1 engineering background.
• Proven experience working in a fast-paced product startup environment.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, cloud technologies, and modern engineering practices.
• Experience managing managers and leading multiple engineering teams.
• Demonstrated experience building products and engineering capabilities from the ground up.
