Roles and Responsibilites
-Develop and execute the organization's financial strategy in line with overall business objectives.
-Lead the end-to-end finance function, including Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Controllership, Treasury, Tax, and Compliance.
-Drive budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
-Oversee cash flow, working capital, capital allocation, and enterprise risk management to ensure financial stability.
-Ensure compliance with IFRS, statutory regulations, internal controls, and corporate governance standards.
-Partner with the CEO and executive leadership team on business expansion, investment opportunities, and strategic initiatives, including M&A evaluation and financial due diligence.
-Present financial performance, business insights, and strategic recommendations to the Board and senior stakeholders.
-Drive operational efficiencies, cost optimization, and finance transformation initiatives through process improvements and automation.
-Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Skills and qualifications
-Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA); MBA/CPA/CFA/ACCA preferred.
-15+ years of finance experience with proven leadership of the end-to-end finance function.
-Strong expertise in FP&A, Controllership, Treasury, IFRS, Audit, Compliance, and Risk Management.
-Experience in capital planning, business expansion, and M&A is preferred.
-International and multi-country finance experience is highly preferred.
-Prior experience in hospitality, restaurants, retail, consumer, or other multi-unit businesses is an advantage.
-Strong commercial acumen with excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and business partnering skills.
