We are partnering with a listed, high-growth D2C consumer company that is building a strong presence in the Indian consumer ecosystem. With an ambitious growth agenda and increasing focus on strategic expansion, the company is looking to strengthen its leadership team with a senior professional who can drive capital markets, corporate development and inorganic growth initiatives.

-Lead the Investor Relations function and manage relationships with institutional investors, analysts and other market stakeholders.

-Drive quarterly results communication, investor presentations and the company's equity story.

-Identify and evaluate strategic growth opportunities across categories and markets.

-Lead M&A and strategic investment opportunities from target identification through valuation, due diligence, deal structuring and execution.

-Build financial models, investment cases and strategic analyses for potential transactions.

-Partner with the CEO/CFO on corporate strategy, capital allocation and long-term growth initiatives.

• 7+ years of relevant experience across Investment Banking, M&A, Corporate Development, Investor Relations or Strategic Finance.

-Strong understanding of capital markets and M&A.

-Proven experience in financial modelling, valuation, due diligence and transaction execution.

-Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

-Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on in a high-growth environment.

-Experience in D2C, Consumer, FMCG, Retail or Consumer Tech would be preferred
