About the Company
The organization operates a diverse portfolio of premium dining concepts across multiple GCC markets and is on an aggressive growth trajectory through new brand launches, market expansion and strategic investments.
Roles and Responsibilites
Lead end-to-end operations across a portfolio of premium restaurant brands.
Drive business performance, profitability, customer experience, and operational excellence across multiple concepts.
Develop and execute growth strategies in partnership with the executive leadership team.
Oversee large cross-functional teams across Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Marketing, Projects, and Business Performance.
Lead new restaurant openings, CAPEX planning, business expansion, and operational transformation initiatives.
Establish scalable operating processes, governance frameworks, and performance metrics.
Partner with senior leadership, promoters, and key stakeholders on strategic business initiatives.
Build, mentor, and develop high-performing leadership teams while fostering a collaborative, performance-driven culture.
Skills and qualifications
18+ years of leadership experience within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
Proven experience leading multi-brand restaurant businesses with premium, casual dining, or fine dining concepts.
Demonstrated success managing large-scale operations across multiple locations or countries.
Strong commercial acumen with ownership of business performance and profitability.
Experience leading business expansion, new store openings, and operational transformation.
Exposure to Supply Chain, Procurement, Marketing, CAPEX planning, and cross-functional leadership.
Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working closely with promoters, boards, or senior leadership teams.
International experience, particularly within the GCC or similar markets, will be an added advantage.
