1. Develop and drive long-term corporate strategy and growth roadmap.
2. Lead portfolio management and capital allocation decisions.
3. Identify and execute M&A, partnerships, and inorganic growth opportunities.
4. Advise the CEO and Board on strategic priorities and business decisions.
5. Oversee strategy execution, governance, KPI tracking, and transformation initiatives.
6. Support investor relations, market positioning, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• MBA from a premier institution (IIM A/B/C or equivalent)
• 10-15 years of professional experience in strategy, consulting, or corporate leadership
• 4-6+ years with a top-tier strategy consulting firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or equivalent)
• Strong experience in pharmaceuticals, life sciences, healthcare, biotech, or related industries
• Proven track record in M&A, portfolio strategy, and growth initiatives
• Experience advising C-suite executives and Boards of Directors
• Exposure to investor relations, capital markets, and listed company environments preferred
• Strong strategic thinking, financial acumen, and business judgment
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to thrive in high-growth, fast-paced, and ambiguous environments
