About the Company
We are partnering with a high-growth AI technology company transforming the recruitment and staffing industry through conversational AI and autonomous recruitment solutions. The organization is building an AI-powered Virtual Recruiter that enables staffing companies to automate and optimize key aspects of the recruitment lifecycle while maintaining human-like, transparent, and meaningful candidate engagement.
The company is deeply focused on combining the power of AI with the human element of recruitment, helping organizations scale candidate conversations, improve recruiting efficiency, and derive strategic insights to continuously enhance their hiring outcomes.
Roles and Responsibilites
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery and prioritization to launch and continuous improvement
- Define product vision, roadmap, requirements, PRDs, and user stories in collaboration with Product and Engineering
- Own and optimize customer and candidate funnels across acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention
- Identify problems and opportunities through customer insights, product analytics, and experimentation
- Drive data-informed product decisions and continuously improve key product metrics
- Coordinate product launches and ensure cross-functional readiness
- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer Success, and Business teams
Skills and qualifications
- 3–5 years of Product Management experience in software/SaaS products
- Experience in a startup or high-growth, product-led environment
- Experience building AI-powered product features; understanding of AI evaluations and model selection
- Strong product analytics, funnel optimization, and experimentation skills
- Strong customer empathy, problem-solving, and decision-making in ambiguous environments
- Technical aptitude with understanding of APIs, software development lifecycles, and technical trade-offs
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in CS, ECE, or related field preferred; MBA is a plus
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
