The organization is building its platform through investments in established eye-care businesses and aims to create a leading eye-care network across multiple regions.

• Revenue Ownership: Own top-line targets across all North India centres, ensuring predictable monthly revenue delivery and strong pipeline visibility.
• BTL Marketing & ROI: Plan and execute high-ROI offline campaigns, encompassing corporate tie-ups, government/PSU business, local partnerships, camps, and doctor referrals.
• Budget Management: Own budget allocations and meticulously track ROI for all BTL expenditures, ensuring tight linkage between generated leads and centre conversions.
• Team Leadership: Lead the offline marketing team to build a target-driven, high-performance culture.
• Performance Tracking: Manage core metrics including Cost per Lead (CPL), Cost per Acquisition (CPA), revenue per centre, and revenue per team member. Run weekly business reviews (WBRs) and daily dashboards.
• Market Development: Identify expansion opportunities in new micro-markets and cultivate local partnerships with doctors, clinics, and corporate entities.

Proven experience in offline marketing (BTL) and regional revenue generation.

Strong analytical capabilities to track Cost per Acquisition (CPA) and Marketing ROI (Revenue / Spend).

Demonstrated leadership ability to manage a regional team and drive revenue per team member. Experience in business development, specifically forging ties with healthcare professionals (doctors, clinics) and corporate or government departments.

• A high-impact leadership role reporting directly to the CEO.
• End-to-end ownership of revenue and regional growth strategy for the entire North India region with scope of expansion to South as well.
