Roles and Responsibilities

• Across portfolio companies
• Identify high-impact AI use cases
• Build phased AI roadmaps
• Drive pilots and scaled implementations
• Coordinate with management teams, internal stakeholders, and vendors
• Lead adoption and change management
• Ensure measurable business outcomes
• Within the Fund
• Identify internal AI use cases across investment, operating, and support teams
• Help define Kedaara’s internal AI roadmap
• Evaluate and support implementation of AI tools and workflows
• Improve internal productivity, knowledge access, research, diligence support, and decision support through AI
• Drive adoption, training, and practical enablement across teams

Skills and qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in transformation, consulting, program leadership, enterprise technology, digital, or AI-related roles
• Strong understanding of AI and strong curiosity for the space
• Strong understanding of business operations
• Experience leading cross-functional transformation in medium or large organizations
• Strong executive presence and stakeholder management capability
• Practical, structured, and execution-focused
