Roles and Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze key business KPIs to assess performance and identify trends
• Drive data-backed insights to support strategic and operational decision-making
• Own and manage business reporting cadence.
• Build and maintain dashboards to ensure accuracy, consistency, and visibility of metrics
• Partner with cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems
• Lead and execute high-impact strategic projects aligned with organizational priorities
• Work closely with senior leadership and present actionable insights and recommendations
• Translate complex data into clear, compelling business narratives and presentations
• Identify risks and opportunities, and recommend corrective or growth-oriented actions
• Lead and mentor a team, driving performance, capability building, and team development

Skills and qualifications

• CA or MBA (Finance)- Qualification Year ( 2016-2021)
• 5–8 years of experience in business planning, analytics, consulting, or similar roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL (BI tools preferred)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong presentation and storytelling ability
• Experience managing teams and working with senior leadership
