About the Company

Is a rapidly scaling, publicly listed, multimodal specialty CDMO built to serve the evolving needs of global biopharma innovators. The company integrates deep scientific expertise, complex product development capabilities, and robust regulatory execution to deliver differentiated, development-led solutions across biologics, drug–device combinations, complex injectables, and advanced oral technologies.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Own the DDC lead generation funnel end-to-end - outreach volume, qualification rate, and conversion to signed deals, with direct accountability for growing funnel size quarter over quarter.
  • Build and refine a structured, trigger-based prospecting approach across GLP-1, other peptide DDC, and biologics/small-molecule combination products.
  • Set up and manage a repeatable BD process - CRM hygiene, response-time SLAs, and follow-up cadence.
  • Define and track KPIs for the DDC unit and report performance regularly to leadership.
  • Identify and open relationships with new customers across global generics and innovator majors, regional/specialty pharma players, and emerging next-generation GLP developers.
  • Lead outreach and early-stage relationship-building with companies outside the current client universe.
  • Cross-sell additional SKUs, dosage variants, and new molecules into the existing client base, and represent the company at industry conferences and trade shows.
  • Lead commercial discussions, proposal development, and early-stage deal structuring for CDMO manufacturing agreements, technology transfer, and licensing arrangements.
  • Work closely with Technical, Regulatory, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to translate customer requirements into feasible scopes of work, pricing, and timelines.
  • Support contract negotiations through to signature, in coordination with legal and senior leadership.
  • Maintain a current view of the competitive DDC landscape and track patent expiry, regulatory pathways, and fundraising activity to prioritize outreach targets.
  • Build out and mentor a small team of BD associates/analysts as the DDC business scales, and partner with Marketing on messaging and positioning for the portfolio.
