Roles and Responsibilities

  • Drive KPI improvement across operating companies/business units by leveraging business system tools, coaching capabilities, and change management processes.
  • Own and drive management team operating cadence and associated action tracking to ensure a strong focus on results and accountability.
  • Drive commercial excellence across business units and ensure sales teams are productive and positioned to achieve growth targets aligned with annual operating plans.
  • Support the management team in developing a business system roadmap to drive agility, foster a growth mindset, encourage innovation, and strengthen customer-centricity.
  • Provide support for strategy development and execution of key initiatives designed to meet annual and long-term business objectives, in collaboration with senior leadership.
  • Deliver formal and informal training and coaching on continuous improvement and business system methodologies. Maintain expertise in problem-solving, customer insight, launch excellence, value stream mapping, and related operational excellence tools.
  • Continuously enhance training and facilitation capabilities through advanced certifications and professional development.
  • Promote and facilitate employee development in continuous improvement and operational excellence methodologies.
  • Benchmark industry best practices and incorporate them into business system processes and frameworks.
  • Build long-term sustainability of continuous improvement initiatives and support leadership in deploying priority strategic improvements, including growth-focused programs.

Skills and qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 8+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean, Operational Excellence, or Management Consulting within multinational organizations.
  • Hands-on experience driving and implementing process improvement initiatives using Kaizen, Lean Six Sigma, Toyota Production System (TPS), or similar methodologies.
  • Proven track record in operational leadership, line management, or consulting roles focused on business transformation and performance improvement.
  • Self-motivated and proactive professional with strong ownership, initiative, and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate effectively across functions, teams, and organizational boundaries.
  • Strong facilitation, problem-solving, project management, and change management capabilities.
  • Experience working in a global organization, partnering closely with country leadership and engaging with international stakeholders.
  • Exposure to global operations, strategy deployment, and cross-functional business initiatives in a matrix environment.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-management skills.
  • Ability to drive execution, foster alignment, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% as required.
