Roles and Responsibilities

• Drive business partnering across functions including Sales & Operations
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Work on pricing strategy, profitability analysis & business modelling
• Drive margin optimization and working capital improvement initiatives
• Present strategic financial insights to leadership for business decisions
• Track key financial & operational KPIs and drive performance visibility

Skills and qualifications

• CA / MBA / CFA with 7-15 years of experience
• Strong experience in FP&A, business finance, and commercial finance
• Proven exposure to 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗶𝗻 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 & 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
• 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗮 𝗗𝟮𝗖 / 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗿 / 𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹 𝘀𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗽 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝘁
