Roles and Responsibilities

This role calls for a senior leader who can steer a region business end-to-end; shaping growth plans, strengthening existing client relationships and developing new client partnerships, and ensuring smooth execution across multiple projects. You’ll be guiding diverse teams, making commercial decisions, and building a strong presence for the organisation in the Hyderabad market.

Skills and qualifications

• 15 + years in IPC, interiors, design-build, real estate services, construction, or other project-led environments
• Experience running a regional business or managing a significant revenue line
• Comfort working with cross-functional teams and fast-moving assignments
• Strong understanding of the Hyderabad commercial ecosystem
• A leadership style built on ownership, clarity, and steady execution
