Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end finance function, driving financial performance, capital allocation, cash flow management, and profitability across the business.
• Partner with the CEO and business leaders on commercial strategy, business planning, operational finance, and strategic decision-making.
• Lead fundraising, investor relations, lender management, and strategic capital initiatives to support business growth.
• Build and lead a high-performing finance organization, strengthening treasury, FP&A, controllership, taxation, and commercial finance capabilities.

Skills and qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant with 15+ years of experience
• Proven experience as a CFO, Finance Director, Head of Finance, or an equivalent leadership role, preferably within consumer, manufacturing, or process-driven industries.
• Strong expertise in strategic finance, fundraising, investor relations, commercial finance, and capital allocation.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with CXOs and Boards while building and leading high-performing finance teams.
