Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end finance function, including FP&A, Controllership, Treasury, Taxation, Compliance, and Financial Reporting.
• Partner with the CEO and business leaders to drive financial strategy, business planning, profitability, and capital allocation.
• Strengthen financial governance, internal controls, audits, and finance processes to support scalable growth.
• Build and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering operational excellence and cross-functional collaboration.

Skills and qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant with 15+ years of experience in senior finance leadership roles.
• Proven experience in consumer-facing businesses, with a strong understanding of finance in high-growth environments.
• Mandatory experience in fundraising, with strong expertise in strategic finance, business partnering, and capital management.
• Strong stakeholder management, commercial acumen, and the ability to build and scale high-performing teams.
