Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the overall finance and accounts function for the manufacturing business.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and financial planning activities.
• Oversee plant finance, costing, inventory management, and margin analysis.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, GST and regulatory requirements.
• Manage working capital, cash flow planning, and banking relationships.
• Partner with business and operations teams to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
• Strengthen internal controls, financial processes, and governance frameworks.
• Support strategic initiatives including expansion, capex planning, and commercial decision-making

Skills and qualifications

• CA qualified with 12-15 years experience
• Prior experience handling finance and commercial operations in manufacturing setup
• Exposure in managing banking relationships and GST compliances
