CFO || SaaS + Fintech

With a strong product foundation and a growing client base, the company is now expanding its leadership team to support the next phase of growth.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
• Partner with the leadership team to drive informed, data-backed decision-making.
• Oversee core finance operations, including accounting, controllership, taxation, treasury, and reporting.
• Ensure accurate and timely statutory and management reporting.
• Manage investor communication, updates, and performance reporting.
• Prepare board decks and support stakeholder communication.
• Provide commercial insights to product, business, and leadership teams to support growth decisions.
• Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering ownership and process excellence.

Skills and qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with 10-15 years of experience.
• Mandatory experience in both Fintech and SaaS companies.
• Strong background in financial operations, business finance, and compliance.
• Investor Relations experience is required; fundraising exposure is a plus.
• Deep understanding of SaaS metrics, financial modeling, unit economics, and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in high-growth or technology-led environments is preferred
