Roles and Responsibilities

  • Drive the CEO’s strategic agenda — manage prioritization of key initiatives across IMFL, ENA, and Ethanol verticals.
  • Lead cross-functional execution across sales, marketing, supply chain, manufacturing, finance, and regulatory functions.
  • Own the operating cadence — leadership reviews, distributor governance forums, state-wise business performance tracking.
  • Prepare and own executive communications: board presentations, investor updates, business review dashboards, and MIS.
  • Identify and drive process improvement opportunities across demand planning, trade activation, inventory, and digitization.
  • Conduct market intelligence, competitive benchmarking, and policy analysis to support leadership decision-making.
  • Manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders — distributors, regulators, agencies, and partners.
  • Support budgeting, resource allocation, and P&L tracking for strategic business initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high-performance execution across the organization.

Skills and qualifications

  • 7–12 years of experience in strategy consulting, business operations, founder's office, or senior leadership roles.
  • Prior exposure to alco-bev, FMCG, or other regulated consumer industries strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives in transformation-oriented organizations.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and executive stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable navigating legacy-to-modern business environments with ambiguity and pace.
  • MBA or equivalent from a reputed institution preferred.
