Roles and Responsibilities

  • The Chief of Staff will partner directly with the Founder’s and Executive Leadership to own,
  • drive, and execute critical organizational priorities.
  • Strategic Leadership & Go-To-Market Execution
  • Act as the Founder's Force-Multiplier: Drive, and independently lead high-impact
  • special projects and strategic initiatives aimed at unlocking new revenue streams,
  • optimizing business models, and achieving strategic market penetration.
  • Drive 0 to 1 Initiatives: Spearhead the launch and foundational development of new
  • ventures, categories, or critical organizational capabilities.
  • Retail Channel GTM Ownership: Define and execute the Retail Channel GTM
  • strategy, working closely with Sales and Marketing teams to identify opportunities,
  • develop channel plans, and establish robust distribution frameworks.
  • Business Performance & Financial Analysis
  • Own the monthly P&L analysis and reporting cycle. Conduct deep-dive financial and
  • operational analysis to identify variances, cost optimization levers, and growth
  • opportunities.
  • Present clear, data-backed insights and P&L reviews to the Founders, and other
  • senior stakeholders to facilitate quick and effective decision-making.
  • Establish, monitor, and track key organizational metrics (OKRs and KPIs, including
  • growth, profitability, brand recall, retention enhancement, and NPS improvement) to
  • ensure company-wide alignment and accountability.
  • Operational Excellence & Cross-Functional Alignment
  • Act as the central alignment owner for overall company operations, ensuring
  • seamless communication and execution between key functions (e.g., Supply Chain,
  • Operations, Finance, Commercial).
  • Identify and remove organizational roadblocks and process bottlenecks, designing
  • solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and turnaround times.
  • Lead documentation and process mapping initiatives across all core functions to
  • build a scalable, structured operating rhythm for the organization.
  • Support in driving the adoption and implementation of automation projects or ERP
  • systems.
  • Stakeholder & Executive Communication
  • Manage investor relations and communication, proactively handling investor
  • queries, preparing detailed update decks, and supporting fundraising activities as
  • required.
  • Represent the Founders and leadership team in key internal and external meetings
  • and discussions, fostering trust-based relationships.
  • Draft and refine high-stakes internal and external communications, reports, and
  • review decks for executive and board consumption, ensuring clarity and consistency.
  • Support organizational change efforts by facilitating communication and driving
  • employee engagement and alignment.

Skills and qualifications

  • Minimum Qualifications:
  • Minimum 4+ years of total work experience in strategy, operations, business
  • program management, or consulting roles, preferably within the FMCG, D2C, or highgrowth consumer-tech sectors.
  • Bachelor's degree from a premier/top-tier institute is strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills, with advanced
  • proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and presentation tools (PowerPoint/Slides).
  • Strong bias for action and initiative — ability to take charge in ambiguous, cross functional projects and drive outcomes end-to-end.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and thrive in a
  • fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, and demonstrated ability to manage
  • senior stakeholders effectively.
  • Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
  • B.Tech, MBA, CA, or CFA qualification is a significant bonus.
  • Experience working directly within a Founder's Office or supporting senior executive
  • leadership.
  • Understanding of D2C supply chain, e-commerce logistics, and cost optimization
  • levers
