Roles and Responsibilities
The executive will formulate and execute the overarching operational strategy to deliver on top-line revenue and bottom-line profitability targets. Key responsibilities include leading store operations teams to optimize key performance metrics, enforcing standard operating procedures, and continuously elevating in-store visual presentation and customer satisfaction. Additionally, the leader will drive retail real estate expansion, oversee store revamps, cultivate strategic developer partnerships, manage operational budgets, and align cross-functional dependencies across supply chain, finance, IT, and product management.
Skills and qualifications
The ideal candidate is a proven retail executive with deep experience managing multi-unit operations and real estate development for large-format or multi-brand retail operations. The role demands strong commercial and financial acumen to handle multi-crore P&Ls, control store operating costs, and identify efficiency gains while maintaining superior service quality. Strong cross-functional leadership, negotiation capabilities with external retail developers, and expertise in delivering seamless customer experience strategies are essential.
