Roles and Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Leadership
  • Develop and execute the overall people strategy aligned with business objectives and future growth plans.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and senior leadership team on organizational and people-related matters.
  • Drive organizational effectiveness, workforce productivity, and culture transformation initiatives.
  • Talent & Leadership
  • Lead talent acquisition, succession planning, leadership development, and talent management programs.
  • Build strong leadership pipelines across corporate and manufacturing functions.
  • Design and implement robust performance management and capability-building frameworks.
  • Organizational Development & Transformation
  • Drive organizational design, restructuring, and change management initiatives.
  • Lead culture-building programs that foster accountability, agility, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Strengthen employee engagement and retention strategies across locations.
  • Manufacturing HR & Industrial Relations
  • Oversee HR operations across manufacturing facilities and corporate offices.
  • Lead industrial relations, union interactions, and labour law compliance where applicable.
  • Ensure smooth workforce management while maintaining a positive employee relations environment.
  • Rewards & HR Operations
  • Drive compensation, benefits, rewards, and recognition programs aligned with business needs and market benchmarks.
  • Strengthen HR governance, policies, systems, and compliance frameworks.
  • Lead HR digitization initiatives, HR analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Workforce Planning & Business Partnership
  • Partner with business leaders on manpower planning, workforce budgeting, and organizational capability requirements.
  • Support business expansion, productivity improvement, and cost optimization initiatives through strategic HR interventions.

Skills and qualifications

  • 18+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
  • Prior experience as CHRO, HR Head, VP HR, or equivalent leadership role.
  • Strong exposure to manufacturing and plant environments is essential.
  • Demonstrated success in organizational transformation, culture building, and scaling businesses.
  • Deep expertise across Talent Management, Organizational Development, Industrial Relations, Performance Management, and Compensation & Benefits.
  • Experience working in promoter-led organizations will be highly preferred.
  • Background within FMCG, consumer products, food & beverage, personal care, pharmaceuticals, or other manufacturing-led sectors preferred.
  • MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent from a reputed institution preferred.
