About the Company

Our client is a world leader in capital equipment manufacturing industry, with majority of client base in the Civil Aviation industry.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Managing relationships with major airline customers in India.
• Leading customer support, field service, and technical support teams.
• Ensuring equipment and spare part availability and rapid issue resolution.
• Coordinating with engineering, supply chain, maintenance, and global teams.
• Overseeing customer satisfaction, service contracts, and operational performance.
• Supporting business development by strengthening long-term customer relationships.

Skills and qualifications

• 15–20+ years of experience in aerospace or aviation.
• Experience with airlines, OEMs, MROs, or defence organizations.
• Strong leadership and customer-facing experience.
• Engineering degree (mechanical, aerospace, electronics, etc.) is a must
