About the Company

A SEBI-registered, founder-led investment management firm running a concentrated, high-conviction public equities strategy in India, with a private-equity-style diligence process. Roles and Responsibilities

• Own the full investor lifecycle end-to-end: origination, diligence, onboarding, servicing, and long-term relationship management
• Build institutional-grade infrastructure — CRM, data room, DDQ library, AI-enabled reporting workflows
• Represent the firm at global allocator forums, conferences, and cap-intro events
• Map and prioritise the global allocator universe relevant to a concentrated India equities strategy
• Partner with legal/compliance to ensure multi-jurisdiction regulatory compliance in investor communications
• Eventually build and lead a business development team as the function scales

Skills and qualifications

• MBA / CA / CFA (or equivalent) with 5–12 years in IR, fundraising, private banking, wealth management, or client-facing roles in AMC/PE/financial services
• Prior allocator network a plus, not mandatory
• Exceptional executive presence; high EQ; strong written and verbal communication
• Entrepreneurial, process-driven, and comfortable operating without a large team around you
• Working knowledge of fundamental/value investing and fund economics (fees, hurdles, structures)
• Willingness to travel internationally (~2 days/week average)
