Director - Investment Banking

About the Company

Our client is a boutique Investment Bank looking to onboard a Director to lead the Consumer practice. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity to collaborate closely with founders, board members, and investors to drive outcomes and manage internal teams to deliver high-quality execution.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and own end-to-end fundraising mandates — from deal sourcing, client acquisition, and investor engagement through to closure
• Drive top-line revenue and manage individual P&L
• Originate and convert new business opportunities by building a strong personal pipeline of founders, companies, and referral networks
• Mentor and guide junior team members to ensure high-quality execution

Skills and qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, or M&A/fundraising roles with direct deal execution exposure specifically in the Consumer domain
• Demonstrated ability to originate, lead, and close capital raises above USD 10M, ideally in the technology or growth-stage ecosystem
• Proven track record of P&L ownership, revenue generation, and relationship-building across the startup and investor ecosystem
