Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end finance and controllership function, ensuring robust accounting and financial processes.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and ensure timely closure of books.
• Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, regulatory, and accounting requirements.
• Establish and strengthen internal controls, financial policies, and governance frameworks.
• Manage audit processes, including coordination with statutory and internal auditors.

Skills and qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
• 3–7 years of post-qualification experience in controllership, accounting, or finance roles
• Strong hands-on experience in GL accounting, audits, financial close, and revenue

• Experience in automation activities is a must
• Solid working knowledge of Ind AS / IFRS
• Experience working with outsourced accounting teams, auditors, and consultants
