Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
• Drive preparation of financial statements in accordance with US GAAP
• Strengthen internal controls, processes, and governance frameworks
• Partner with business and leadership teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making
• Manage audits (internal & external) and ensure regulatory compliance
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Handle stakeholder management including investors and auditors
• Build and scale finance processes in line with company growth

Skills and qualifications

• CA is mandatory
• 5+ years of relevant experience in controllership / core accounting roles
• Strong hands-on experience with US GAAP (mandatory)
• Prior experience in a high-growth startup / SaaS / healthcare setup is preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
