Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead timely monthly, quarterly, and annual book closures under Ind AS/Indian GAAP.
- Oversee statutory compliance, audits, and tax (GST, TDS, Income Tax).
- Manage investor and management reporting – MIS, dashboards, profitability, and working capital.
- Drive receivables and payables management to strengthen cash flow cycles.
- Establish strong internal controls, prevent revenue leakages, and ensure cost optimization.
- Partner with business leaders, banks, and external stakeholders for fund management.
- Mentor and lead a high-performing finance team, while driving automation and process improvements.
Skills and qualifications
- CA with 10+ years of finance experience also having experience with Consumer tech companies
- Proven expertise in controllership, investor reporting, compliance, and cash flow management.
- Strong ERP knowledge, financial modeling skills, and advanced Excel proficiency.
