About the Company

A Series B-funded healthtech startup with a global footprint, currently gearing up for a potential M&A transaction or IPO within the next three years.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Role: Director – Finance, reporting to the Senior VP Finance, responsible for leading the Group Finance function across multiple international entities.
• Lead Group financial reporting, consolidation, taxation, compliance, statutory audits, treasury, budgeting, FP&A, and finance transformation across multiple geographies.
• Strategic Exposure: Drive M&A/IPO readiness, including due diligence, investor reporting, strengthening financial controls, and partnering with investment bankers, legal advisors, and Big 4 firms.
• Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing finance team while enhancing governance, automation, and operational excellence across the finance function.

Skills and qualifications

Chartered Accountant with 8+ years of post-qualification experience, strong expertise in multi-country finance operations, Group consolidation, taxation, audits, treasury, and transaction readiness. Prior Big 4 experience and exposure to finance transformation are highly preferred
