Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures
• Manage financial statements, reporting and ensure compliance with accounting standards & regulations
• Handle FP&A including budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and variance analysis
• Analyse financial data and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
• Drive strategies to improve financial performance and operational efficiency
• Lead external audits and ensure timely closure of audit requirements
• Manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals

Skills and qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting; CA/CPA/CMA preferred
• 5+ years of relevant experience in accounting/finance roles
• Strong expertise in accounting principles, financial analysis, budgeting & FP&A
• Proven experience in team management and stakeholder handling
