Roles and Responsibilities

• Track business KPIs, operational metrics, and performance trends across business units.
• Own daily, weekly, and monthly business reporting and dashboards.
• Analyze performance variances, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Drive financial and business analysis to support new initiatives and process improvements.
• Partner with Operations, Product, and Sales teams on business planning and problem-solving.
• Prepare presentations and dashboards for senior leadership.

Skills and qualifications

• CA or MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in business planning, financial analysis, or management reporting.
• Strong financial modelling, analytical, and numerical skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of Power BI and AI tools preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
